All owners of tourist accommodation and seasonal rental properties who have a NRA are aware to report all their 2025 bookings to February 2nd and March 4th. If you don’t upload this information to Registro de la Propiedad your NRUA will be revocated and you will not be able to advertise their properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, etc.

NOTICE!!

You only need to report online bookings processed through OTAs from the date you obtained your provisional NRUA until December 31, 2025. If you don’t want to lose your NRUA but haven’t had any bookings through OTAs, you must submit the information form indicating NO ACTIVITY.

Clica en xls (excel)

Se descarga un excel con todos los datos. ¡Cuidado elimina las cancelaciones!

Once you have the Excel or CSV files from the different OTAs, you will only need to keep the columns required when importing the information into the N2 program: NRUA, number of guests, check-in date, check-out date, and purpose of stay.
