First, you will need to verify that the property is registered in the Valencia Region’s tourism registry to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
If the change of ownership is due to a change in the property owner, the following must be provided:
• The required responsible declaration for a change of ownership
• A favorable urban compatibility report for tourist use
The compatibility report must be submitted regardless of the property’s registration date.
The compatibility report is not required when the change of ownership occurs due to the death of the previous titleholder.
