To upload your information, we need some details from you. Please complete this simple form.

¡¡NOTICE!!

If you received your provisional NRA after January 1, 2026, you DO NOT need to provide the information.

If you do not advertise online (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.), you are NOT required to provide the information, but you do need to upload the form indicating NO ACTIVITY to avoid losing your NRA or NRUA.

Before you begin, make sure you have the following documents and information to properly complete the form.

  1. NRA or NRUA for your property, or for the rooms within your property.
  2. The Excel or CSV files containing the booking information from each platform where you listing your property. Here you have the instructions to download the information from AIRBNB and Booking.com.

If you received the provisional NRUA or NRA after 1 January 2026, you DO NOT have to submit the 2025 data to the land registry.

If you do not advertise your property online (AIRBNB, Booking.com, VRBO....) you MUST submit the NO ACTIVITY form in order not to lose your NRA or NRUA.
