As you may have already been informed, you need to have the National Rental Unique Registration Number (NRA or NRUA) in order to keep your listing on AIRBNB.

That’s why AIRBNB has hired us to help their clients to obtain your NRUA (Registered Property Registration Number) for free.*

* You will only pay the Property Registry registration fees of €32.67.

To do this, we simply ask you to complete this short form so we can have the necessary information to help you obtain your NRA and reactivate your AIRBNB listing.

But before you start to fill the form, make sure you have the following documents and information to properly complete the form.

  1. Your property’s CRU or IDUFIR. This 14-digit number, which always begins with the postal code of your autonomous community (e.g., Madrid 20, Bizkaia 48), appears on your property’s land registry extract. If you don’t have your property’s land registry extract, you can request it online; we explain how here.

  2. Your property’s cadastral fixed number. This number appears on your property tax bill (IBI) and also on your property’s land registry extract. You can also find it on the National Cadastre website.

  3. If you want to obtain the NRA (National Registry Number) for tourist accommodation, you need your autonomous community’s tourist registration number and the document from the Tourism Office where it is provided. If your holiday home is not registered with your autonomous community’s tourism office, we can help you register it here.
